Lock Box
Lock boxes are a great way to provide Duxbury Fire Department access to your home or business in an emergency and help prevent forcible entry. A lock box is a secure box near your front door that contains a key to your business or home. Only the Duxbury Fire Department personnel will have access to the lock box.
Lock box residential

This is a good choice for our senior residents, or any residential location you would like the Duxbury Fire Department to have access to. There are two options:

Obtain a lock on your own and provide the Duxbury Fire Department with the code. This can be shared with the 911 dispatcher. Please call 781-934-5693 to inform FD of your new lock box location and code instructions.

Obtain a lock box by clicking here: Supra Max Key Lock Box | Kidde Lockbox This box can be placed on your home with a key you provide. Duxbury Fire will be the only ones to access with this method. Please call 781-934-5693 to inform FD of your lock box location. A fire department representative will come out and secure the key you provide for the lock box.

Lock box commercial/multi-family dwellings
This is required on commercial/multi-family dwellings with a fire alarm or sprinkler system. Property owners may click here SupraSafe 2HS Key Lock Box | Kidde Lockbox to obtain a lock box. Duxbury Fire will be the only ones to access this lock box. Please call 781-934-5693 to inform us of your new lock box, we will then meet a building representative on site to add your keys and secure the lock box.
