Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using duxburyfire.org (the "Website"), operated by the Duxbury Fire Department (the "Department"), a department of the Town of Duxbury, Massachusetts. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Content may generally be viewed, shared, and used for noncommercial, informational, and educational purposes with appropriate attribution. You may not use Department content to imply endorsement of a commercial product or service, or reproduce it for commercial purposes, without written permission.

7. GOVERNMENTAL IMMUNITY; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Duxbury Fire Department is an agency of the Town of Duxbury, a Massachusetts municipality, and is entitled to all immunities, defenses, and limitations of liability available to municipalities and their employees under Massachusetts law, including the Massachusetts Tort Claims Act, M.G.L. c. 258. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any such governmental immunity or liability limitation.
